Junior Business Analyst

As a Junior RPA Business Analyst, you will support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, contribute to process optimization, and assist in the successful deployment of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Support the design of RPA solutions by gathering and defining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work with senior analysts and developers to translate business needs into RPA workflows and system integrations.
• Maintain and update documentation, including business process models, requirements, and user guides.
• Assist in testing RPA solutions, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and validating results.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of automation solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Up to one year of experience in a similar role within business analysis/ requirements understanding & documenting, process automation, or digital transformation.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart, Bizagi).
• Familiarity with RPA concepts and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English
